Job description
> Follow & comply with company HR strategic policies/projects implementation; i.e. provide the professional suggestion for labor issues, support organization optimizing, enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
> Headcount and manpower planning to support business development needs
> As a resource to all colleagues in the said territory regarding any employee issues
> Maintain employee information and data in SAP and run SAP reports in a regular basis
> Directly support company to ensure adherence to national and international labor legislation
> Provide basic data analysis regarding, turnover, labor utilization, succession planning, employee complaints, management guidance and the execution of discipline and terminations.
Requirementscandidate
> Young but aspiring / ambitious Chinese girl that wants to make serious career in HR
> 3+ years working experiencepreferrably
> Bachelor degree
> Self-motivated and results-oriented personality
> Well-organised and eye for details
> Good responsibility for setting up new HR structure
> Preferable background/experience in law / accounting / finance / e-commerce or admin related subjects
> Previous experience in relevant area is a plus
> Qualified bilingual/MS skill
> Able to work collaboratively and flexibly
